A Great time on Poppy’s !!

This week we have our old friends Paul and Mark with us for a 4 day stint on Poppy’s lake along with youngsters, Brent and Leon. The boys are having a great time fishing until dark and have already managed around 50 carp up to 26lb. I saw Leon about an hour ago and asked the lad how things were going with the fishing. ‘Not very good’ was his reply which surprised me to say the least. ‘Why is that’ ? I questioned. ‘Oh, we haven’t had a carp for about  one and a half hours’ was his reply !! Oh to be young again! lol
